For conversion, we accept DSS (Olympus) and DS2 (Olympus/Philips) dictation files. For transcription, we also accept WAV, MP3, and M4A recordings.

Our Multilingual Transcription tier supports 22 languages at ₹0.10 per Microsoft Word word, without human proofreading. Don't see your language listed? How is Multilingual Transcription priced for Chinese, Japanese, or Korean?
The same ₹0.10 per Microsoft Word word rate applies, based on the equivalent Word word count of the delivered transcript. Word segmentation works differently in these languages than in English, so we calculate this using the transcript actually produced.
