This policy applies to clearsitestudio.in and the services described on it. Our website does not accept file uploads or process payment - project files and payment details are exchanged with you privately, after we've agreed on your requirement.

Files you send us

Once we've agreed on your requirement and price, you send us your audio or document files through a privately agreed method (typically email or WhatsApp). We use these files only to provide the service you requested - to convert, transcribe, or transform your content - and for nothing else.

We do not use your files for any purpose beyond completing your project, and we do not use your files to train any model.

Temporary storage and deletion

Files you send us and the results we produce are retained only for as long as necessary to complete your project and to give you a reasonable window to receive your results. They are not retained indefinitely.

You can request deletion of your files or results at any time by contacting us at the email address below, and we will act on that request promptly.

Confidentiality and security

We handle your files and content confidentially, using secure transfer methods, and access is restricted to what our team needs to complete your request. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your files with third parties for their own purposes.

No method of transfer or storage can guarantee absolute security, but we design our process to limit who and what can access your data, and for how long.

How your content is processed

To complete transcription and content transformation projects, we may use a combination of internal tools and specialist third-party services to help produce a draft, which is then reviewed for accuracy and formatting as part of our process.

Any third-party service we use processes your content solely to help produce a result for delivery to you, and is contractually and technically restricted from using your content for its own purposes, such as advertising or model training.

We choose providers with strong data protection practices and may change providers over time; this policy will be updated to reflect any material change in how your data is processed.

Payment information

Payment for our services is arranged privately, after we've agreed on your requirement and price - our website does not collect payment or display payment details publicly. We will share the specific payment details and method with you directly once your project is confirmed.

We collect the contact and payment information reasonably necessary to arrange and confirm your payment (such as your name, email, and the agreed amount). We do not publish or share this information beyond what's needed to complete the transaction.

Other information we collect

If you contact us through our enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and message) to respond to your inquiry. Our enquiry form does not accept file uploads.

Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security, debugging, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to help us understand how visitors use our website, measure engagement, and improve our website and services. GA4 may collect website usage information such as pages viewed, sections viewed, button and link interactions, contact-form interactions, email-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks, and which services a visitor shows interest in.

Our GA4 implementation is configured to avoid sending directly identifying information - it does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, file names, or other directly identifying information to GA4. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies as part of how this usage information is collected.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of any file or material you send us. Please only send content that you own or have the legal right to have processed, and do not send content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you are not authorized to share with us for processing.

If your material contains sensitive personal, medical, or legal information about other people, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authorization to have that content processed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and files at any time by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests as promptly as we can.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
