What audio formats can you work with?
For conversion, we accept DSS (Olympus) and DS2 (Olympus/Philips) dictation files. For transcription, we also accept WAV, MP3, and M4A recordings.
What languages do you support?
Basic Transcription and Transcription + Human Proofreading are for English audio. Our Multilingual Transcription tier supports 22 languages at ₹0.10 per Microsoft Word word, without human proofreading. Don't see your language listed? Contact us - we may be able to support it depending on the language, dialect, and audio quality.
How do I send my files?
Once we've agreed on your requirement and quote, we'll arrange a private, secure method for you to send your files - typically email or WhatsApp.
Do you work with U.S. customers? Is pricing available in USD?
